Rachel’s Challenge is coming to Lakewood High September 24th.
This program was formed for bully prevention when Rachel Scott was killed in 1999 at Columbine High School. Her dad and step mom started the program when they realized that Rachel’s story touched millions of people.
The main goals of Rachel’s Challenge is to look for the best in others, dream big, choose positive influences, speak with kindness, and start your own chain reaction.
The first assembly will be 1st period for grades 9 and 11. The second assembly will be 3rd period for grades 10 and 12.
